What Our Guarantee Covers

If your SAEGE piece tarnishes or fades within 12 months of purchase, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit to the value of the original product.

Simply email our customer care team at info@saege.co with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and arrange the next steps as quickly as possible.


What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not apply to:

  • Intentional damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or third parties

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Normal wear resulting from improper care

  • Items altered or repaired by a third party


Important Information

  • The guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from SAEGE.

  • Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same item is no longer available, an alternative or store credit will be offered.
