What is you shipping policy?

Free Shipping & Tracked Delivery: We ship worldwide for free. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

Customs Duties & Taxes: The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day refund policy after receiving your items.

All returns will need to be sent back tracked and covered by the customer.

*We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

What is Your Return Policy for Earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings. Unless the earrings arrive damaged, then please get in touch

How do I process a return?

To process a return, please contact: info@saege.co

In your email please include:

- Your Order Number

- Reason for Return

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.

Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

SAEGE will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping services so we know the whereabouts of your return.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your credit note.

I ordered the wrong item, what can I do?

Once orders are processed, they are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment and we will not be able to facilitate any order changes once the order has been shipped.

If you do make a mistake on your order - please contact us at info@saege.co and we will assist.

Do you have size guides?

If you’re not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Do you offer any guarantee/warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1 year guarantee!

We promise to replace your SAEGE pieces if they tarnish or fade. Just email us a photo of the item, along with your order number to info@saege.co & we will process a replacement or store credit.

Please note our guarantee does not apply to intentionally damaged, damaged by someone else, stolen or lost items.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order & you will need to return it back to us once it has arrived.

Please note all return costs need to be covered by the customer.
