A little care goes a long way. Follow our guidance below to keep your pieces looking the way they did on day one.
18K gold plated onto 316L stainless steel — the finish on most of our pieces.
Wear it daily. The plating is bonded to the steel, so showering and swimming won't tarnish it or mark your skin. Let perfume, fake tan and hand cream dry before you put it on.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a drop of mild soap, then dry fully. Avoid silver polishing cloths and jewellery dips — both are abrasive and wear plating down.
Keep pieces apart in a pouch or lined box so they don't scratch one another.

The most delicate thing we make. Pearls ask for a little patience.
Last on, first off. Let perfume, hairspray and lotion dry before you put pearls on, and take them off before showering, swimming or exercising.
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after wearing and dry before storing. Never soak them.
Lay flat in a soft pouch, away from harder pieces. Avoid sealed plastic — pearls prefer a little air.
Stones stay bright when they stay clean. It's build-up, not wear, that dulls the sparkle.
Apply skincare, perfume and hand cream before putting your piece on, so oils don't settle behind the stones.
Use a soft brush, warm water and a drop of mild soap. Rinse and dry fully. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners and abrasive polishes.
Store separately so stones don't knock against other pieces, and check settings from time to time.
